So, yesterday I mustered up all the might I had inside of me to get to the gym. I had a good morning, relatively. I had banana cream oatmeal, fat free cherry yogurt, and a banana and for lunch I had chicken but I think I ate way too much chicken. When I got to the gym I was way motivated so I kept trucking on the treadmill but on the way back home I was craving a Wendy's Chili and was overwhelmed by the menu so I ended up getting chicken nuggets and fries and I did good because I didn't eat all of the chicken nuggets but I did eat all the fries, ahem, while dipping them in barbecue sauce lol. It was good what can I really tell you?
Meanwhile got home and the parents hadn't made any dinner so they decided that they wanted some fast food. I ended up grabbing McDonalds and Quiznos and out of that whole deal scored myself a cinammon sugar cookie and an alpine sammie. Yeah I know, way too much food but that was trial and error on my part.
I missed my wake up call for the gym but I did manage to get my ass up on time, one of my goals, and I grabbed breakfast but of course... I grabbed McDonalds. I ended up getting a McMuffin which is 300 calories, I threw away the top half of the muffin and got rid of 70 calories automatically, and I tossed my hashbrown which had to be one of the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Holding that brown crunch hot potato of goodness and having to ditch it isnt easy. I brought a fat free strawberry yogurt with me also and I'm enjoying some coffee so I think I did myself well for the morning.
I've got to stay tonight so I'll probably get to the gym when I get out of work or so. Perhaps I'll have something more meaningful to blog about. Ciao.
